As a small, collector-focused shop, all sales at Diecast Dungeon are considered final. We provide detailed photos, honest descriptions, and quick shipping — and we ask that buyers shop carefully.

🚫 Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless we made an error

  • Every listing includes clear, high-resolution photos and condition notes so you know exactly what you're getting

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Opened items

    • Swapped or altered products

    • “Changed mind” or “buyer’s remorse” cases

Thank you for understanding — as a small business, returned inventory often can’t be resold in the same condition.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before the item ships

  • A valid reason must be provided

  • Once tracking is uploaded, your order is locked in

⚠️ Please keep payment devices out of reach of children. Accidental purchases impact not only inventory levels but also our eBay and Shopify listing performance.
